WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Betty's head office is located in Toronto, Canada. HOWEVER, all of our products ship from U.S. warehouses from coast to coast. All of our prices are in U.S. dollars.

PRODUCT SELECTION - SPECIAL ORDERS

At Betty's we strive to have an amazing selection of products but if there is something we don't have, please email us at info@bettystoybox.com to see if we can place a special order for you. 

PRICE MATCHING

At Betty's Toy Box, we sell products only from the most reliable, best manufacturers of pleasure products in the world and we go to great lengths to provide our customers with only the highest quality items from trustworthy brands.

With the proliferation of low quality, cheap, and counterfeit sex toys available online today, it is impossible for us to offer price matching. We simply cannot know if the items found elsewhere being sourced from the same reputable manufacturers or are low quality counterfeits.

MISSING OR LATE SHIPMENT / NO TRACKING NUMBER
