At Betty’s Toy Box, we want you to experiment and have fun. Part of our mandate is to help you make an informed decision before you buy by providing great product descriptions, measurements and photos.

Please read all product descriptions, ingredients lists, and measurements carefully before you buy and feel free to contact us with any product related questions prior to making your purchase.

If you added Trusted Transit Shipping Protection to your order and now are experiencing issues, please go to https://trustedtransit.net to file a claim. Once submitted a Trusted Transit representative will begin processing your claim and follow up with you via email.

Trusted Transit covers packages lost in transit by the shipper & packages damaged upon arrival affecting the usage of the product.
Trusted Transit does not cover defective products. Please complete the form below if you suspect you have a defective product.

Guide Shipping Protection

If you added Guide Shipping Protection to your order and now are experiencing issues, please go to http://www.guidepro.io to file a claim. Once submitted a Guide representative will begin processing your claim and follow up with you via email.

If you did NOT add shipping protection, please complete the form below and we'll do our best to track down your shipment. We cannot guarantee that we'll be able to send a replacement free of charge.

Returns & Exchanges

Given the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on products unless there is a manufacturer defect.

As soon as something leaves our warehouse, for health and safety reasons, it is considered used and therefore non-returnable.  This includes new items in their original packaging. 

We ask you to check all products immediately upon receiving them to ensure that everything is in good working order and that you have received exactly what you ordered. If you find a manufacturer defect in any product we sell, we will replace it with the same item within 15 days of your order being received. 

For defective items outside of the 15 day initial period, we will assist you in contacting the product's manufacturer directly to find a resolution to your problem.
