The Mango kegel exerciser set gives you everything you need for a step-by-step journey into strengthening your pelvic floor muscles. The 6 graduating weighted balls are shaped perfectly for comfort when inserted into the vagina and begin at 40g (0.09 lbs), working up to 115g (0.25 lb) as your strength grows. They are coated in a silky silicone and are designed with completely flexible tails that make long-term wear comfortable, and removal a breeze.
