How to use it

Begin with the lightest exerciser. Apply a small amount of water-based lubricant, then slowly insert the weighted leaf vaginally while leaving the stem outside the body. Once it feels comfortably positioned, follow a pelvic-floor exercise routine by gently contracting and relaxing the muscles used to stop the flow of urine. Do not routinely practise by actually stopping urine midstream.

Keep your first sessions short and move to a heavier weight only when the current exerciser feels comfortable and manageable without straining. To remove it, relax your pelvic-floor muscles and gently guide the exerciser out using the stem. Stop using it if you experience pain, pressure or discomfort, and consult a pelvic-floor physiotherapist or healthcare professional if you are unsure whether weighted Kegel exercises are appropriate for you.
