Hey, everybody. It's Carolyn from Betty's. And today I wanna talk about these new Sportsheets dildo bases for strap-on play.

Now that might seem like a mouthful, but hang on, I'm gonna explain the whole thing to you, and it's gonna make a whole lot of sense. So if you've ever tried strap-on play, particularly if you're the person who's wearing the harness, sometimes -- I'm gonna show you on this little guy, called Ren, from Sportsheets -- so sometimes what ends up happening is this part is gonna be banging against your pelvis, and especially when things get kind of heated up.

Now, Ren actually has a really nice big base on it and a suction cup, so it's actually pretty comfortable, but there are some dildos that are not. For some people, as they push against your pelvis, when you're the one doing the thrusting, it can be uncomfortable.

So Sportsheets has just released two new dildo bases. This one is called Ove and this one is called Luma. You can see I've already got this one on a dildo here. So I'm gonna show you how it works. This is such a cool idea. You can see on the Ove one, that's really simple.

This is body-safe silicone, non-porous, washable. This is actually thick. So see this part has like a real thickness to it. And all you do is you pop it on the base. It's super stretchy. Let's see, like I'm stretching it around this section, cut right to get it on. And now I'm not gonna do it right, because I'm on camera. There we go. Okay. Stretchy, stretchy, stretchy. And this is what you end up with. So you can see it's got a really firm grip in there.

And actually, that noise was the suction cup releasing air. So now you've got all this extra cushion instead of the hollow suction cup, that's gonna go against your pelvis. Now. It doesn't detract at all from being able to put it in a harness, I'm gonna show you. This is actually the Sportsheets Thigh Strap-on. It's just easier to show you on this one. It's less cumbersome, but you know, you can still fit this in the hole of your O-ring harness. And then this is what goes against your pelvis, right? Isn't that a great idea? So it just makes everything so much more comfortable.

Now, these bases, I'm gonna show you the Luma. It's actually being worn by the Colours dual-density, caramel silicone dildo, for those of you who are keeping track. So you can see that it also works on anything with testicles. Your big thing is that your dildo's gonna have to have a suction cup. That's what it's gonna have to go around. But again, so this one is triangular and these are fairly hollow, but they've still got that buffer, right? So the whole thing has that buffer.

So this one is gonna gonna give you an even wider three-point coverage against your pelvis when you're pushing. So this actually fits, I mean, the suction cup is actually quite large, probably larger than your average base, and this stretches to accommodate. So probably you can fit this, let's see, on about a three-and-a-half-inch base to make things more comfortable.

What a great idea, right? So, both of these bases are made of, like I said, body-safe silicone. They're padded, they're super stretchy, just, you know, wash them when you're done with them. You can reuse them over and over and over again.

And there you go. So if you are into strap-on play, or if you're thinking of getting into it, if you maybe gave it a try, but it was really uncomfortable for you, something like this is really affordable and it might actually make everything so much more comfortable for you.

So there you have it. This is the Ove, and this is the Luma base. They're by Sportsheets, they're in the Merge Collection, and you can get them at Betty's.
